Andrés Galante is an Engineering Manager that has been building applications for more than 20 years.
He believes that strong teams build amazing software and lead people following the open-source principles of trust, empathy, generosity, and collaboration.
He has experience leading teams both in large organizations and startups, as well as successfully running his own company.
He is also a skillful designer and expert CSS and HTML developer becoming a Bootstrap?s Core Team member, an Eclipse Foundation Committer, a CSS Ticks and A List Apart author, and a technical speaker.
He is currently managing the team that improves Hiro's developer experience.
He lives in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
