Leo has 25+ years of experience on industry, having circulated in all roles of the SDLC. Started working on traditional project management model, he understands the need to disrupt and evolve the way the new digital era needs to be managed. Adopting a new modern way of working, with continuous experimentation and learning is his current passion. The last 12 years Leo has being in JPMorgan Chase, which the last 5 in Tech Leadership and Coaching, including all phases of DevOps and Agile. Leo recently joined SAP to help create the Agile & DevOps Competency Center and take the IT Organization to market leadership. Now back to JPMC, he leads the modernization effort from Wholesale Payment technology groups as head of platform engineering team
