Hey, my name is Marcelo and I?m currently working as a Support Manager at e-Core. I started my career as an intern back in 2011 at Porto Alegre?s town hall. At that time, I used to do hands on IT support for the employees facing issues with their computers, printers and software. After learning a lot, I moved to Dell where I worked several different positions, all of them doing some sort of application support. Later on I joined eCore and kept growing til my transition to leadership happened. Outside of work I like to spend time with my dogs, girlfriend and friends. I am passionate about sports and started playing Padel recently! My life goal is to start surfing at some point. Well, enough said for a quick bio haha! Hope we can meet soon !
