Amber Vanderburg is a multi award winning international businessperson, keynote speaker, and founder of The Pathwayz Group. In 2016, she was the only female American blonde elite football coach for the Adidas Gameday/Paris Saint Germain Academy in India where she worked to build a higher performing team. Today, Amber works with global teams to become more effective, more efficient, and more enjoyable.

I'm an agility enthusiast. I work as a promoter of several collective work initiatives and agile practices and also as a volunteer in an agile local community, giving lectures and disseminating content. I have a postgraduate degree in Positive Psychology and in Leadership, Innovation and Management 3.0. I have over 15 years of experience in IT, having worked as a developer, business analyst, project manager, scrum master and agile coach. I currently work as a Solutions Engineer at the CWI Engineering Center, spreading the agile culture in the organization.

I?m a software developer helping people to become better people, teams to grow and products to come alive. I can play as a Developer, Mentor, Consultant, Head of Technology, CTO, you name it. I can manage teams, projects, products and services. But? be sure to understand that my process is about building autonomy and trust whenever I am. I use Design Thinking, Lean Thinking, Agile Methodologies and Non Violent Communication to do that. My mission? To be a Chief Heart Officer, creating safety, enabling spaces where people can be who they are, and are able to bring their best to the game of building a company, product or a service.

Derk-Jan de Grood works as agile transition coach for Squerist. He has worked for organizations like ING Bank, RTL and Nationale Nederlanden and supported them in their Agile Transformation. He frequently publishes articles and columns for the major magazines. In 2014 he won the EuroSTAR testing excellence award. This year he published his 8th book called ?The waves of Agile? which deals with value delivery in medium and large organizations. Derk-Jan is an experienced trainer, workshop host and a regular (keynote) speaker at conference like Agile Business Day Venice, XP Days Copenhagen, Agile DevOps Conference USA and the Agile Testing Days and STAR conferences in Europe and America. Sebastian Daschner is a self-employed Java consultant, author and trainer and is enthusiastic about programming and Java. He is the author of the book ?Architecting Modern Java EE Applications?. Sebastian is participating in open source standardization processes such as the JCP or the Eclipse Foundation, helping forming the future standards of Enterprise Java, and collaborating on various open source projects. For his contributions in the Java community and ecosystem he was recognized as a Java Champion, Oracle Developer Champion, and JavaOne Rockstar. When not working with technology, he also loves coffee and to travel the world.

Tim Dickey enlisted in the United States Navy after high school graduation. He served on both active and reserve duty for nearly 25 years until his retirement in 2016 where he learned servant-leadership in the crucible. Tim worked for Carnival Cruise Lines, Verizon, IBM, and now Improving Enterprises.

He graduated from Florida State College Jacksonville earning an Associate Degree in Art and an Associate Degree in Science (Computer and Information Systems). He graduated from Excelsior College earning a Bachelors? Degree in Science (Computer and Information Systems) and a Masters? Degree in Arts (Global Strategies).
